"Personal information" is information or an opinion, whether true or not and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable. Your provision of such information is entirely voluntary. However, please note that if you decline to provide such information when prompted, you may not be able to take advantage of certain features or certain areas of the Sites.

Disclosing your personal information

These parties may include our related entities, a responsible entity or administrator of a Fund, regulatory or government authorities, your authorised representatives on your account, and representatives, agents or contractors (“Service Providers”) who are engaged by us in the ordinary operation of our business to assist us in providing our products or services or administering our business (such as responsible entities, fund administrators and IT Service Providers). We may also disclose your personal information to our Site hosts or IT Service Providers in certain limited circumstances, for example when s Site experiences a technical problem or to ensure that it operates in an effective and secure manner.

If we do not agree that there are grounds for amendment, then we will add a note to the personal information stating that you disagree with it.
